Kaci Breaux Odem
Kaci is the owner, creative director and choreographer of kbdanz. Born and raised in New Orleans, Kaci began dancing at an early age, and dancing competitively at age 9. As a young dancer, she was an award winning soloist, scholarship recipient, and spent summers attending dance workshops and intensives. Some of her credits include: Sesame Street Live with Bob McGrath, Olympic Track & Field Trials, Superbowl XXX1 performing with ZZ Top, and the Disney Channel's "Stuck in the Suburbs."

During her college years, Kaci was a staff member of Universal Dance Association and the LSU Tiger Girls Dance Team. She graduated from LSU in 2002 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Business Administration.

Hurricane Katrina in 2005 brought an unexpected move to Baldwin County, AL and a chance meeting with Joni Wofford of Joni's School of Dance. Out of a friendship and common philosophy of dance, Joni's School of Dance closed and kbdanz was born in 2007.
Kaci lives in Fairhope with her husband, Josh and 3 children Lizzy Hayes, Joshua Grey and Hollis Ann. kbdanz is proud to be a Veteran owned company and a member of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce.
Joni Wofford
Mrs. Joni was the owner/instructor of Joni's School of Dance in Robertsdale for 35 years. She had students go on to dance at the Alabama School of Fine Arts, collegiate dance teams and programs at the University of Alabama and Troy University. Mrs. Joni is also a very skilled majorette. Fun Fact- she can still twirl fire!

She is the Chair of the Distinguished Young Women of Baldwin County (former Junior Miss) and has produced the program for more than 20 years. She is the Captain of the Fairhope Storm Troopers, the spirit squad that cheers on the Fairhope Storm Semi-pro football team. She teaches low impact aerobics, stretch and tone, and Zumba at the Fairhope Nix Center.
Heidi Lemon
Heidi Lemon has been dancing since the age of two and competing since the age of six. She grew up dancing at various dance studios along the Gulf Coast. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, musical theater, and contemporary. She has won many overall awards at different dance competitions and scholarships at conventions. She attended Bayside Academy where she was the captain and one of the choreographers of their dance team from 2008-2010. In 2010 she was selected to be a UDA instructor from the UDA Staff. She attended the University of Alabama
where she received a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Film with a concentration in production management in May of 2014.
Throughout college she was featured on popular television series in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been teaching along the Gulf Coast for eight years. She has choreographed several solos and group routines that have won top overall awards and best choreography awards at different regional dance competitions. She has also choreographed high school dance team routines and dance pieces in local theater groups. She has stage managed and produced recitals in Fairhope and Daphne Alabama. She continues to
show her love and passion for dance everyday by dancing, performing, and by teaching all levels of dance in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop.
Jeff Cain
Jeff Cain has danced throughout the United States and abroad, and as a soloist for Garden State Ballet, where he studied extensively with Fred and Steve Danielli. Jeff also studied with Brooks Jackson. Both, Mr. Jackson, and Mr. Danielli having been with the first company of the New York City Ballet.
Other training of note was with David Howard of David Howard Studios, and with Wilheim Burmann and Bobby Blankshine - Steps Studio, New York, to name a few. Studies of Jazz and Theater Dance: Frank Hatchett and Gregory Hines of Broadway Dance, Anne Reinking, Ronnie DeMarco, and Cecilia Marta to highlight a few. He has judged dance competitions for companies such as "Showstoppers" throughout the 90s, and has taught in New York and Los Angeles, as well as Master Classes throughout his travels.
Jeff has had roles in Daytime Television, guest starring roles in Primetime and Film, and has appeared in many commercials. He has many theatrical credits, including originating the roll of "Chester," in the South African production of, "A Little Life Like This." He's an award winning writer and producer, currently shopping scripts in Hollywood. Jeff grew up in Fairhope, and is happy to return and share some of his experience.
